There are three classes for us before lunch time, which is about eleven twenty.
This will be better, for "about eleven twenty" has a vague modifying effect.
Hope my answer can be of help to you

Before time, preposition " on" is used?
Maybe it's not like that.
Take 11 o'clock as an example.
1 by 11
2 at11
3 before 11
4 after 11
or maybe ere 11
but never on 11.

Why don't you say "We have three classes" instead of using "there are"? You may just say "We have three classes in the morning before we have luch at about eleven twenty".
