It is nothing more than just negative comments about individuals. Poeple would love to get near to you when you have something to gossip about. Yes, it is great for those enjoying gossip but have we ever considered the harm it does to those who are being gossiped about? There is no defence if you are the subject of gossip. Everyone has a negative side and it is evil for others to exploit them. Example we laugh at a short person because we are taller then him/her, the person on the receiving side appears to laugh and accept it but we all know that it is a painful acceptance. Why can't we be more civilised and help those who are less priviliged than us?

thanks for you frank comment. i agree with you and don't like even hate the one who are always making troubles by comforte him/herself at the cost of other's shortage especially backbite. and i never be that one. here it doesn't mean speak ill of others nor even the evil or selfish mind . it means only the curiosity and the passionate to share with friends.maybe the idea is not clear enough so most of you misunderstand. all in all , i just want to say try to joke with, rather than laughing at ,others and be brave to be joked.

The point is people is taking advantage of others because of their shortcomings or just laugh at others for their own satisfaction. Don't try to mix up humor with hurtful gossip, it is two different things. I for myself fully enjoy jokes and fun making but once it comes to gossiping, I feel there is a motive and I will ignore them.

Good defense. Just hope that you will not be the target of damaging gossip. You must have heard that if you have not been pricked by a needle, you won't know the intense pain. All you are trying to do is to right something that is fundamentally wrong. Most self respecting people are sick and tired of all the annoying gossiping going on in our schools and workplace causing friction among people and misery to those who are affected by these endless gossiping. The argument that it does spice up the atmosphere and create talk topics is no justification for gossip. Guys are normally not easily affected by such gossip due to the present social circumstances. I pity those girls, especially the younger ones, who are often needless affected by cruel and senseless gossip. Why not use the time and energy on something constructive?

thank you for your participation! wether it is good or bad to the one who is the leading actor in the story depends on what you gossip about, who you gossip with. as for wether it is a way to adjust, it depends on what kind of girl you are at first, serious and nervous or selfish.

Gossiping comes in two flavours, one is just for fun with no intention of harm, the other are gossip with motive for advantage designed to destroy the reputation of innocent individuals. You have already declared that your gossiping is harmless and just for fun. You are an angel now and I have said what I wanted to say.
