Title: How to deal with sub-health?
With the development of the modernization, the living standards of our life are improved. It is necessary that people should pay more attention to their health. On the one hand, people are enjoying a constantly improved material life. On the other hand, we may gradually find ourselves confronted with the threat of sub-health.
Sub-health can be well explained by continual fatigue. The victim always feels tired and suspicious of some disease. Which, however, is usually not be detected through any physical check. Typical victim group consists of office workers, the active followers of material life yielded through their tense and hard work. Therefore, the quick pace of modern life is the ultimate cause of the problem.
As far as I am concerned, I think the proper attitude towards sub-health is that to care body and soul. For one thing, in order not to be trapped by sub-health modern people had better learn to slow down a bit. For another, we should try to find some time to sip leisurely tea and walk in the fresh outdoor air. In brief, when we don’t put work hand material joy above all else, we will surely say good-bye to sub-health.

Don't impose excessive pressure on selves. And try to treat everything with an ordinary heart,meanwhile keep an optimistic and open-minded mood.

yeah,do more sports,this is my biggest problem,but i am too lazy and almost stay in my room day and night,a typical house girl.once running a few days,but give up halfway.at the same time ,we should have a balanced diet,a order life ,most importantly,a happy mood.hope us far away from diseases and smile everyday~

You guys know there are IQ,EQ and SQ.SQ stands for Sleeping Quotient.
We should improve both EQ and SQ. Just spend more time with your friends or family and have a healthy sleep.
