I agree with the upper floor. Maybe sometimes your friend don't want to disturb you and your BF. They hope you can be single and play with them, but nobody should be selfish. What you can do is to spare some time to be with them. it'll be helpful.

Yes, nobody should be selfish.I've been in the same situation with you.The measure I took is to spend more time with my friends and care about them before my BF.Try to decrease the time talking about your BF with them.They want our heart on them.
