Although it is said that   , in China , tens of millions of people are studying English , I bet  no more than a few hundreds of them  can explain clearly the meanings of those basic Chinese cultural concepts, say , yin and yang, a traditional Chinese medical formula's meaning ..etc to the  foreigners;   isn't it a level we should struggle to reach?

It is hard to say which level we should reach. I think English is a tool help us to communicate with others, and I just want to use it fluently.
