Jesus, also known as Jesus Christ, was the central religious character of Christianity. He was considered as the son of a woman named Maria, the same person whose name now is Ave Maria. Maria was Jewish and virgin before she gave birth to Jesus. God betrothed Mariah with Joseph the carpenter and promised her a young boy, the boy who can save the world from all disasters and diseases. Her son was known as the son of god. And Jesus was born in the city of Bethlehem. And lived in Jerusalem.

Jesus spent most of his life helping all the people who needs his help, also helping the society. He encouraged people to get baptism, meaning getting a shower by along with God’s blessings, after the baptism, you should not ever disobey the God. In Galilee, Jesus preached for a long time, his main idea was: the God’s heaven is becoming closer and closer, we should all believe in the gospel. He also collected 12 disciples to help him spread his ideas, they are: Simon Peter, Andrew his brother, James son of Zebedee, John his brother, Philip, Bartholomew, Thomas, Matthew, James son of Alphaeus, Thaddeus, Simon the Cananean, Judas Iscariot. Later on, one of his disciples, Judas betrayed him.

            However, his great actions and ideas caused him lots of trouble; the government thought they are rubbish and wanted to kill Jesus. He was living in Jerusalem, at that time, the city was ruled by the Roman Empire, most of the people believed in Jewish, as a Jewish himself, supporting another kind of religious beliefs was absurd, and also there are many people believe in Jesus, and the Roman Empire was furious too. Because of his disciple’s betrayal, he was capture by the Jews and sent to the government. The government was not pleased with him too, so he was punished out of no reason, and was prosecuted. Finally killed on a big cross. It is said that Jesus was resurrected 3 days after his death.

            Nowadays, Christianity, the most popular religion in the world, is created because of Jesus and all his great actions. The main ideas of Christianity, is belief hope and love.
