today in the oral english class, the foreigner teacher show us a breathtaking film----Vertical  limit. it is about climbing , though the group came across much trouble, includ death.

     after the film, teacher gave us half an hour to discuss whether this sport is value or not? the students in our class was divided into two groups to held a intense debate.

     in my opinion, i insisted on climbing. first, climbing can train us endurance and stamina, though we were in trouble, we also have ability and energy to solve something and never give up.second, it also develop us encouragement, that is a necessary quality in our life. the last ,which is the most important . we can't stop breath as the bacteria in the air, just as

we  can't against climbing as the dangerous in it.the benift of climbing is more than the dangerous.

     to sum up,challenge limit is good for us to develop the health and mentality quality.
