These days, I accompany my colleague to go to sales hall for seeing a set of apartment. Maybe, he got too much information from real estate trade fair and estate agency so that he didn't make a final decision what kind of styles actual he wanted to, he may forget his purpose is. Actually, he would like to buy a set of apartment for living not investing. What's more, there is not enough ready money on his hand for selection. He can get several phone calls from sales staff for promoting every day. I guess he would be bored about this situation. But, I know he is still struggling with what kind of locations he could accept. If he wants a good location near downtown, the price should be gone up a lot. In the opposite side, if he wants to get a reasonable price, the location should be more far away downtown. So, he has to balance the price and distance.

     Nowadays, there is a heavy loading to afford a set of apartment for young guys without parents' help. It's because if you buy an apartment with loans that means you will pursue a steady job and don't want to make a change. It will become a kind of bondage in a way. Of course this is limited to outsiders excluding the local guys. As an experienced person, I have felt most deeply.
