Sometimes, I am not satisfied with myself especially when I try my best to complete a concrete case. Most of time, I think I failed to live up to the expectations or just can realize partly of expectation of myself. So I feel a little disappointment based on my performance, what's more, as the growth of age, I fear to try something new more and more and prefer to keep something what I am familiar with. I know it's not a good trend to me, I should keep on going to pursue my career for better tomorrow. But, I discover that making a change is not an easy thing, especially without pressure from outside. I am used to this kind of regular way of life every day so that I can't make changes. Everything we did just follow up what I had done, didn't need to take more carefully just repeated day in and day out. The passion of working is fading under this situation, sometimes, I ask myself what's wrong with me, why I am not ambition to continue something what I am supposed to complete. It's because I lack the determination and persistence. I am easy to find kinds of reasons and excuses saying I am not prepared and need some more time and better method to learn something new.

      What a stupid excuse! But, actually, it happened on me every day, meanwhile, if I continue to ignore this situation, maybe I will be fired when the benefit of the company goes down one day. Definitely, it's not what I want to see.
