As usual, there were some new tasks that will be assigned to related guys during the weekly meeting from new instruction of big boss, even though some tasks he assigned to us were unreasonable even were meaningless, unfortunately, most of time, as the subordinate could do was following but nothing. If you had enough courage to point out his shortness in public, that would mean you were far away from company. I have never met a boss can face even tiny criticism in public, it may exist in illusions and never appear in real lift. So I also never dream about a boss whose can be looked up to by his most subordinates. Caused those may base on a boss with the different point of views. After all, even if a boss has strong ability, but not mean he could handle every aspect of the company. So, don't be hard on our boss in circumstances.

     Sometimes, as subordinates we had also some problems from themselves. The most common problem was that we didn't get all together and acted as one in critical moments. It may be one of painful problems to a boss. It was a self-contradictory situation and it would always be existence in company for forever.
