How time flies, it is walking into the second half of this year. As usual, we need to do summarization of KPI of the first half of this year based on actual situation and review with our boss. For me, some key points failed to up to stand, of course, there are subjective reason and objective reason caused this. Now, I should make the root cause analysis from objective reason, I may have some problem of attitude regarding the current job. In other words, I don't take current job as an important part of my life. Even more. I neglect some things that I should take it serious. So, the next step that I should do is to improve the positive attitude and try to not be affected by negative attitude during daily work. Maybe I don't care about the promotion on my current position or get more salary. But, at least, I should keep the current job as my main source of revenue, what's more, trying to do the better job is one guy who involves the working environment should do.

      Anyway, fighting in the following of second half of this year and try to present a not bad performance at this end of this year
