These days, my wife suffered much pressure so that she didn't sleep well due to low sales volume she did during the past several months. As the regulation from her company, if she continued to keep low sales volume in the next months, she will be demotion from sales manager. I could do nothing to my wife suffering. Currently, my wife and I were on totally different filed. Thus, I failed to provide her any help on enlarging high sales volume for her. From my point of view, I didn't think sales were good occupation to most people especially to those who just graduated from college. Because, if you wanted to be an excellent salesman, the strong interpersonal connections will be the most important thing. However, because lacking the interpersonal connections accumulation caused big obstacle to promote their products to these new comers who joined the sales team for the short time. It was undeniable that few gifted guys did a perfect performance on sale, to these guys were so called genius. But, for most guys failed to achieve ideal performance on sale, meanwhile, to bear more pressure and challenge with too high quit rate.

    Obviously, my wife belonged to new comer group and she should learn most of things of sales field. So, if she wanted to continue this way, she may need long road to go in future.
