It almost one year past since I handed over a portion of my jobs to one of my colleagues who took part in our team one year ago. Actually, the portion of my job I took before which should communicate with other departments and outside customers mostly. Once I was so happy that I never did some boring things and stuck endless meeting with all kinds of project team members and I could focus on my main job. But, as time goes by, I don't think it was a wise choice because when I unloaded some burdens on my shoulder, meanwhile, I nearly lost some important opportunities of communication with foreign customers directly, even though I lost the chance of going abroad this month. Of course, when I handed over the task to one guy, I also took some extra tasks from others as a return. Currently, all these tasks on my hand just focused on internal matters, never involved with external matters anymore and did not mention contact with foreigners.

    So, I have a little regret about my original choice, go back to one year ago, I have the right to choose giving up this portion from my job, but, now I have no another choices to make that back again unless there is a new possibility occurs, I have no idea...
