Normally, the annual KPI review will be put on the agenda at the end of this year. I am not sure how many percentages can get for pay increases this year. But I heard that the revenue of this year seemed getting a better increased than last year. So I assume that the proportion of paying raise should be higher than as usual. What's more, based on actual profit of this year, the annul trip will be arranged to Hainan by plane next year. It is really good news to most of staffs because being able to trip to Hainan is the voice of most staffs in company, so I also wish to reach the goal next year.

    As to other activities at the end of this year are the annual dinner and bonus distribution, the annual dinner is scheduled in the middle of this month and the actual prizes are ready even I don't know what the first prize and second prize are, but, I trust these prizes will not disappoint us, so, what we now should do to wait for the activity comes quickly. Of course, most guys are more careful about the bonus distribution, after all, it is extra incomes except monthly salary, but, as usual, the bonus is always equivalent one month salary without any big surprise. Anyway, I hope everything will go well and go as plans.
