Today, I got a phone call from a headhunting, during the phone call, he asked me if I am interested in a new job from new company of Germany which will be expected to be built in 2019. Currently, these positions being offered from the company were core team members as technical backbone that will be sent to Germany training two or three months. Of course, it has strict requirements to candidates even no less than five years experiences as mandatory in job description. Not only professional skill is required but also good English skills in speaking, reading and writing are needed. The hunter also told me that he will forward my resume to employer as key candidate. I said thanks in return and told him I will be grateful if I have opportunity entering into interview stage.

    Actually, when I hang off the phone call, I asked myself whether I am ready for this opportunity or prepare enough for this challenge. If I am able to enter the interview stage and pass it luckily, can I take the position for a long term? No doubt it will be huge pressure in front of me after I look through the job description. Maybe it is too early to concern this, after all, the first step I should wait for the notification of interview.
