This is an extremely busy week, not only there are so many new products waiting for testing but also one of key customers will be visiting our factory for the whole week. We have to work overtime to do some preparations before they are coming up so that some of my colleagues have to give up the preplanned vacations involving in related jobs. After all, we all want to present a good performance in front of customer, what's more, the customer that will be visiting our factory could bring us around five percent salerooms if everything goes as plans. So, trying to make a satisfied result is the common knowledge from the top to bottom within the factory. Tomorrow is the first day of this visiting, all preparations already stand by including presentation of factory, all kinds of products introduction and some ideas on this new product that will be trial run in factory during this visiting.

    From my point of view, order receiving is not a big problem because of firm relationship with the customer. The potential problem is the new products process that will become a huge challenge to engineering because we lack enough experience of design and manufacture. However, we still believe we can make it once we grab this opportunity.
