There is not any progress of new assigned jobs from my boss since he announced his decision. Actually, I am not prepared to accept these tasks from my heart even I have to take these takes from others, at least I refuse his decision and I think the reason he does this decision is that he want to protect one guy, meanwhile, he must sacrifice my interests as a cost that really make me unhappy. I am not sure whether I can work with him together as original, but I have to face him with smile in public so that I feel a little weird. I am also not sure how long I will stand under such situations, but I try to control myself to keep basic face. After all, before I can take some actions I can do nothing, I don't want to get things becoming worse before I left the company. What's more, if I can take this responsibility he assigned me and do a good job, it will be giving him a powerful response.

    Now, I still hesitate if I fail to seek a better job, I should be staying here for proving my ability or leaving here directly without any concerns.
