As a manufacturing factory, we have to face all kinds of audit from customers, how could we copy with such boring audits that really a tough case. If the auditor from customers has similar experience in this area, it will be easy to communicate for the technical explanation. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to face strange question or inquiries from auditor regarding detailed process of manufacturing, when we are in such a circumstance, we must spend more patients and keep a more positive attitude toward auditor to try making a clear way in very simple word. That is a really tough work for us due to we have to keep decent for auditor even they know nothing. After all, we need orders from customers, we can't offend our customers in public. Mostly, if they are thinking where we need to improve in the process, we will write down for the next round of audit. Maybe, this is we must face as the downstream of the supply chain, and this is we can't change unless we can upgrade to upstream of the supply chain, but, it is impossible under the current condition.

    So, based on actual situations, we have to adapt current environment before making any change.
