Today is the last day for one of my colleagues who will be going out for pursuing his new career outside. To be more precise, he doesn't find a suitable job as his backup, he is planning to go abroad several weeks for relaxation with his wife, he may feel that it is the time to leave after working here for eight years because the current boss is not happy with his performance recently so that my colleague has to quit the job. Of course, my colleague has his own weakness during the current job, he at least has been working here for eight years even though he said that he would be very happy when he left here one day, we were obvious that he was not unhappy when he actually left the company. After all, he has already been working here for so long time. Maybe, he will be getting better after he comes back from vacation.

    As the last party, we gather together to see him off at one restaurant. We don't complain too much, just talk about some plans in the future and recall some guys who have worked together but, actually have left here. Sometimes, we have to admit that such similar situation, we at least experience several times during our whole career.
