It's been a pretty long time since I didn't update my status. On one hand, too much workload on my shoulder that I really had no time to update latest status. On another hand, I was becoming lazy that I no longer get up early on weekend to write something new. During the past months, I was stuck too many trivial things that I hardly focus on my personal cases. Even though, I still didn't get a good performance from the management level that is the reason why I made the final decision quitting job at the end of 2019, that's the really decision even with a little regret, anyway, all things here will be past, I will keep on going to pursuit a new career outside again. Currently, I can't say how the new job will be, at least it will be a new challenge to me, because what I need do in my new position will be very different than my current job. I had to make a change if I would like to better adapt the new environment. Actually, I knew that even the new position was not what I really want, but, at this moment I didn't think I have more choices. Perhaps the following what I should do in 2020 is to improve myself and try to get a higher diploma to make myself become stronger that no one can replace me easily.

 Anyway, the lunar new year of 2020 is on the way and forgets the unhappy things in 2019 trying to achieve the target that I flag at the beginning of 2020-
