New environment
It has been four-month passed by since I got into current company. I must spend short time to adapt new environment there and try to get along with my colleagues and I felt a little bit pressure than before because of higher quality requirement even not any tiny mistake allowed. You will become quickly the center of attention if any mistake you made so that I have to avoid making any mistake especially similar mistake. After all I still in the probation period and I have to obey strictly regulations from company. Fortunately, so far I can work well with most of my colleagues, everything looked like smooth at least even some misunderstandings happened during daily communication. I believed that I should suffer a short period of tough time before I really involved into current working environment. Meanwhile, I still have something new to learn during the following step, the biggest difference than my last position is that I spend at least three times on the production line and spend a less time to sitting in front of my desk to make paper works. Currently, I have no idea whether I should follow up current working style when the short-handed situation released. Anyway, what I should do is to go pass my probation successfully and try best to learn something new for preparation of my next step and I hope I can do better and better.
