A plan of weight loss

The plan of weight loss will be put on my agenda after the lantern festival, no doubt I already gain weight a lot since I came back from another city to current city. Nowadays, I eat far more than I usually do since I lived with my parents, even though my mother always thought I ate like a bird, from her opinion, I should eat more then become stronger. Unfortunately, I don't become stronger but become a fat a bit with slight beer belly, what's more, I get tired easily due to lack enough practice. So I made a flag of reducing weight of five kilograms at the beginning of this year and even I gave up my favorite fried food. From now on I try to eat less and eat slowly to give my brain time to react during dinner, I don't expect go back to where I was ten years ago, at least, I do expect go back to where I was three years ago. I know as the grown of age to becoming plump even fat will be an inevitable trend, but I still hope to slow down the process. As one of the most important ways to lose weight, exercise is a must. So I make a plan of doing exercise for at least ten minutes after work every day, meanwhile, I managed to stick to the diet and keep off sweet foods to the greatest extent. Currently, I am not sure whether it works or not. Currently, I am not sure whether it will have the desired effect or not, but, I hope I can stick to do it in the following days.
