Yesterday, I picked up a phone call from a headhunter and he told me whether I consider to switch a far working place. In return, I could get a higher salary. The headhunter also told me that the new working place will probably have a good future and prospects according to the current situation and long-term development plan. But, I knew he also selectively ignored some possible risks to me if I really get into this company. Absolutely, I could earn more money, but I also have to share the same risks accordingly due to the company is a startup that's less than a year and everything has to start from scratch, that means I need to put into a lot of energy and effort in the early stage and working overtime will be a normal working mode during the working day, even it is almost impossible to go back home on every weekend. All these I should be prepared in mind before I make a final decision. Actually, I have already made a decision in my mind that I'm not going to try. Not only because the transportation is not convention for me, but also I don't want to make myself too tired although it might bring me tangible material benefits. So I will decline the headhunter's offer next Monday and will choose to stay in current company....

- You are a smart boy! If you propose that company is good , it is needless to headhunter to r recruit someone. Their staffs will actively introduce their friends , relatives and other people who have some relationship with them.

- we all trend to remain a familier situation, there nothing to be shame. Though i admire those who always changllege to make a different.
