As usual, the last month of every year will be busy with various dinner activities. I am not a sociable person, and also I am not used to attending such kinds of year-end dinner activities. I am willing to attend the party which is only within department because colleagues are familiar with each other, at least drinking with the head of the department don't feel a sense of restraint. On the contrary, I am not willing to attend cross-department party, because I don't like the process of toasting the leaders, especially the leader I am not familiar with, but, this is a necessary process at that moment especially everyone else around you is doing so, if you don't, you will feel out of place. On order to avoid this awkward situation, you have to go with the flow, even if you are just pretending, sometimes, I have to admire the kind of people who have a weathercock and an artful character, because they can always speak a lot of beautiful words to please people on the scene, what's more, they are very popular no matter what kind of occasion, even how cold the occasion, can quickly warm the field up. People with such personality traits are mostly work in external positions, such as sales. People like us who are in technical positions, mostly lack this kind of personality trait. Anyway, each personality traits of people, there will be suitable for their own survival rules....
