Perseverance and the Motive Force

It seems as if in the eyes of the weak, there is no such thing in the strong called perseverance. The strong do the hard things as if they do them easily, while the weak claim to do with perseverance almost everything. There is definitely what the strong have over the weak as their advantage, that is the motive force. While the weak would rather take the lack of it as an excuse, the strong desperately look for one when they lack it. With the motive force, the strong have their perseverance which in the eyes of the weak is invisible; without it the weak owe the experience of all their toils to perseverance. As for me, my motive force is more often than not the intensive interest in my work, and concentration which guards against all impacts. To conclude, perseverance is not how much hardship that one veritably endures, but how much grievance one has successfully transcended.
