What's the happiness ? What's the key to be happiness? How to get more happiness on daily life ? When the end of day, which things make us happy ? Different people have different measurement for happiness, just like a feeling for one thing, someone felt happiness because of got high career promotion, but someone considered that they earn much money make them happy, still others feel happy due to they get together with lover. many people felt more or less unhappiness, even they ever had before which it get far away with them now. especially in the fast-paced society, comparing with other conscious or not in the life,we put primary energy into competition, compare with estate, position, spouse.... and ultimately, we found that only desire keep in our mind, we acquired power, fame, even got villa, cars. but no happiness in the end.someone will say we feel little happiness due to without money and power to support it. Actually, both of them is much important, but just 10% i think, we take much concern of them everyday, we even miss happiness passing from our side. when you get a project, you can get benefit on it, it is happiness, when you try your best to prepare a wonderful dating with your spouse, it is happiness, when you spent time to prepare a delicious dinner for your family, it is happiness,even we try our best to learn English, it is also happiness, in spite of it is still not proficiency. . Howard Wilkinson ever said all material support of happiness will not be sustain, leave with the material left, the key of happiness is the calm soul. yeah, said is easier than done,We work for life, life is more than money, it's everything. Enjoying every special moment on daily life with family, friends, colleagues. happiness will come.

- From my opinion, there are total different meaning of happiness from different life stage, when when we are young, happyiness is something to be had, when we have grown, happiness is a state of mind that you try to understand.
