An apple a day

"An apple a day keeps the doctor away", but I have eaten 4 apples today, does it mean that I can keep the doctor away for a long time? haha~just for fun.
Thinking back to the past 1 month, I find I were always in a mess. Since I have a clear blueprint of my future, I don't know why I was still a little bit anxious and fretful when my roommates went out as interns in different companies, leaving me alone in the empty dormitory waiting for my chance. When the first one of them found the chance to be a intern, and then the second, third......Gradually, I was thrown into the confusion, skipping meals and staying in dormitory without any sports. After a fews days like that, my wisdom tooth warned me of the bad condition of my body by its special method---my left cheek swollen was like a steamed bun due to the great pains. Since that, I tried to calm myself down and develop my life along the right lines. And then I became more and more efficient in study and work, which did make me know the importance of principles of organization.
Overall, if you also confront the same condition, you'd better try to follow your own step, one by one, calming down and waiting with hope ~ Just like an apple a day, living a regular life rather than 4 apples a day, like me.

- It's common that we become fidgeted when someone around you is outstanding. It also reflects that you are unwilling to keep the present condition and want to achieve your goal quickly. While as the saying goes:"you cannot eat hot tofu with anxious attitude." Just be calm down and confident! - Yeah,being a person who never influence by others is difficult.The only thing to eliminate pointless interference I think is to find out your destination and set up a detailed plan to force you do it right now.Personally,if you want to get away from the fretful feeling your roommates gave you,you need to go to library or somewhere else,change the place could fresh your mood.
