Before I was never having the hobby of drinking tea even serving a tea drink is very common and popular in every Chaoshanese family. I thought tea drink is bitter. I often refused to drink even one small cup of it.

 

This year I bought a small Gaiwang and two small porceley tea cups in my rent house. I began to drink different kinds of tea. Woolong tea. black tea, pu'er tea. white tea. I found tea could be so tasty. The flower fragrance of phoenix dangcong tea. the rock tea. the orchid odor of the tieguangyin.  The sweet after bitter of the pu'er tea. The slight sweet of the white tea. All these teas make me fascinated in their attractive charateristics.

 

One of the benifit for drinking tea, It is that I was enjoying in the quiet time. My heart can calm down in the process of serving tea. It is a preety life experience. Tea: a magic power of a natural leaves.

 

I was additived for the purpule clay teapot too.  Ware teapot can be nurthered like jade after years of the tea serving process. It is a pleasent experience too.

 

Chinese tea could be too much costly. Other countries probably can not understand and accept the high-end tea price like Chinese.  As a tea lover, I just hope to buy good quality tea  with a cost efficiency price. Nowaday, tea could be priced as one small bag (5 or 8 grams depends on tea kinds).  Lipton tea is usually comsumed by white color office colleague or family. But, tea-bag indeed have a less attractive compare with the Chinese tea and Chinese gongfu tea serving. But the price between  tea bag and Chinese tea which it is good quality, it is huge too.

 

The selected of the tea (wooglong tea) , teapot like ware teapot or gaiwang, porcelain small tea-cups, spring water, It is all the good tea tools to serve a tea drink.

 

To be with family members or friends to spent the spare time in the process of serving a teapot of Chinese tea drink. It would be good way for pressure relief in morden society.

 

Indeed, we call drinking tea as "jia die" 吃茶 in chanshan area.
