Everythings If you want to accomplish it perfect I think you must be careful. Like learning English, I think you must learn vocabulary,grammar,listening,writing,reading and speaking. in my schooldays there are many courses we should learn.I think others courses is more important than English at that time.I think I was wrong.this is a big foolish wrong.Now we have many work assignment to do.we don't have much time to learn English, so I can feel more impatient but this is no significance now,we should make a plan for learning English,time is fair for everbody.
sensible person use it to learn.foolish person waste it.we should use it to learn more and practice more.but we must step by step, if you are impatient now I will tell you "calm down".you must clean why you learn it now? maybe It's your hobby or a skill to live in the furture if you want to start to learn you should begin as soon as possilbe,time lapse,opening your eyes after closeing it,a day is over!time is the most expensive treasure for us.we must cherish every minute.step by step we will successful in the furture.I believe it.

- You are right. The first step in learning a language is that you must realize the potential, usefulness and necessity of the language. Second, you must have an interest and the willingness to learn it. Knowledge of a second language is equal to possessing another soul.
The beginning is always difficult in learning English. A lot of learners give up at the beginning because they find it hard to remember all the vocabulary and grammar. However, once they are able to write some basic English, they would discover that it is not so difficult. The more you use, read and write, the more you would learn and improve. There is no highest level of English knowledge, there is only proficiency. Even, myself as a British national makes mistakes in English writing, so what? There are lots of people in UK who cannot write a letter properly. It is not necessary to be excellent in English. As long as you can communicate readily and freely, then you are good enough.
A lot of people are terrified at speaking English for the first time, but when they try, they find that they can carry on a conversation in English and with more practice, they can speak quite fluently, including you.
We can live without knowledge of English, but we would miss a lot if we are not conversant in English.
Whatever we learn stays with us for our whole life. Knowledge is power.

- English is a very important foreign language. Therefore it is quite necessary to learn. Now that you have realized its importance, you definitely have the desire to learn.

Like me, by writing and studying everyday, I strongly sense the saying of persistence makes big difference.
