There is the new housing restriction policy of Tian Jing the same as Beijing right now, as we all know Beijing has been limited purchased order housing for long time, Being Beijing citizen only can buy two housings for a couple, unless as we bought before no any rules of purchasing. Luckily we bought Pan Shan which is belonging to Tian Jing property at two years ago.

My brother was missing the chance to buy any housing as we did, the last month; he went to Singapore with one of real estate and wanted to invest housing for his son, where is located near the seaside, further education must be good than China for his lovely boy, sounds good, but finally after he was visiting the area he gave up. What I am trying to say? Winners know that for everything there is a season and for every activity a time.

For me this year I would not lay out any money for the property, only planning and design my courtyard at Pan Shan, making the fresh flower world. The first the fence would be heightening and strengthening, marbling for all the stone of fence, the second making the balcony for the north of second floor, the third we go to the nursery garden to buy some easy care plants and phase longer flowers, break the procedure which are planning some seasoning vegetables. General speaking, make sure building up a green garden.

I like the sense of living the villa, due to get the fresh air anytime, most of owners would like making the new room at the front of door, said that there is warmer in winter for the rooms. I just like sitting outside to touch the fresh air, I refused doing any room at the front door and back door, and only install two benches at both sides, making my life easy and relaxing.
