Ms. Zhai is our baby sister, she has been stayed my home for 8 months since the baby has been delivered, she is the number three coming to my home since the beginning we were looking for the right one to help daily stuffs at home.

When she was coming the first month to my home, there was a maternity matron to take care the baby more professional, she was only the assistant her doing some house works, we were all focus on the baby and the new mother, after one month later, the maternity matron left,  even there was a grandmother there for helping the baby, she was only in charge making three meals a day, laundry and cleaning the room, I don’t know what does she do sometime, always busy at the corner. Her characteristics of personality is very slow, but how slow is it. She is a little stubborn I must say so.

She is from Shan Xi province; she is good at cooked wheaten food, So she always doing stuffed bun for our family, that’s why my daughter did not complain her for cooking part, for making Baozi today, she has to take three hours in the kitchen for the preparation.

She is only over 40+ years old, not too old yet, but her memory is so poor, one thing I have to say three times she almost remember part of it, but her attitude is ok, never fight to you if the speaking a little bit negative, keeping smiling is her advantage.

One day off a week for her as the rules, so every Saturday is her day, we feel so empty and busy without her at home.

As the time goes on, eight month is so fast, no perfect thing I believe in the world, we all need comprehensive and tolerate to others more, then you will get the same feedback. So far the voice of smiling and laughing is always out of my window at our big family.
