I was invited by my teacher Jonly to attend the open course in EF, the topic was regarding Public speaking session, teaching the students some tips to become better English speakers, I like this topic, I must be there.

EF center is not far from my home, Yesterday was the day for the class, I thought riding the bike to go there was the good choice at the rush hour, I was there 10 minutes early, I was happy to meet my dear Jonly again, he is still handsome like the first meeting, we had the warmly greeting each other and show me the place of the class. Some students have been there, I was sitting more closer to the board, you know the audience coming more early prefer to sitting back of class, maybe they are afraid to be called or answer the question by teacher. That’s common sense.

There was a sun shine boy Andrew to be the teacher, the face is Asia face, after introduction I know he was a straight A student in Columbia University, from Korea, he can speak a little Chinese, you know the boy is the boy, his intonation and speaking is more fast, including his body language, so the class was so relax and free, when he was mention about how important of eyes contact at the speaking, he invited two students to come the front for the interact, the students were all active and like to practice, the atmosphere was really youthful.

Such kind of presentation is not new for me, due to I knew some before in my previous company, just want to get some social communication, in fact this was not my imagination of the class, I hope more practice in small group to discuss how to present yourself in the public, how to become a good speaker, maybe only five minutes, that’s enough.

One hour was so fast, after class, we had the group photo organized by EF.
