Jun and July of this year, we prefer to live in Pan Shan than in Beijing, not only Corona virus break is taking serious in Beijing, but also this is the good season to take care my flowers and trees in my courtyard.

So everyday cooking at home is one of my duty and challenge. Everybody knows I am not good at cook and I don’t like it at all, but I must be the one in kitchen, nobody else. I came across a semi-finished pizza in local market, why don’t I try making the pizza, even I have never done before, Surely cheese is one of important ingredients, and lucky there is some local cheese in slices. I would like to try something new. I checked out from Tik Tok app to find how to make the pizza, what’re the ingredients? How long for baking?

There are many kinds of pizzas, Seafood, Ham, or Bacon, whatever you like? The basic ingredient is including Onion, Tomato, Red and Green pepper, Corn and Green Bean, etc. at moment, only Ham is available in the market, so I bought all what I needed and ready to DIY pizza for Tiger, other reason to give me full of passion is taking the photo to share in my group.

The first step to make Pizza sauce, Onion and Tomato with black pepper and Oliver oil, this is not difficult for me. The second step was put the all of foods into the semi pizza one by one, with certain amount of cheese slice nicely, Ham is putting on the top at the last. The third step is for baking, how long does it take? What’s the temperature for 9 inches pizza? I have no any idea yet. I checked out some videos to tell is 200 temperatures with 23 minutes.

I don’t believe the number or the time, due to the different oven has the different data, the first time I have to observe in details during cooking. Please see my pictures following my procedure, it is really not too bad, maybe I am clever enough to be a pizza chef in the future.
