Eating dumpling at the first of three period of hot season is the custom culture in China. We were in Pan Shan at the time. The day before the people has remembered in many groups of weichat, I did not so care about it, I did not plan to home make dumpling, as much as we will have the dumpling outside.

Everybody knows that making dumpling at home is kind of sense of feeling, it is the family time, each person to participate in this work, one for rolling the dough into the wrapper, one for stirring filling of dumpling, surely one for boiling and preparing tableware, the atmosphere is so warm and clam in the family. I am lazy for cooking unless more people at home, making any foods is no passionate for two of us, due to we cannot eat much, Annoying doing any foods by myself at the most of time. So we will go outside restaurant with my friends at the day, there are more choices for different kinds of dumpling, such as dumpling with fish which is our favourite, Chinese chives with pork, shrimp with eggs, these are all fresh and the price is reasonable.

They like cooking and they are smarter than me in any foods making, maybe they have deeply influenced in family, I am the youngest one in my family, so I had no time to practice, I know this is kind of excuse for my lazy. Second picture is from Er Ping, her dumpling is Green bean with pork, another one is from my sister-in –law, she is good at cooks, and this time she made the little cabbage which is more unusual one. You know that eating any dumplings must be with garlic and vinegar, it is marvellous.

When I was so admire my friends who have the sunshine life and sent my regards to each of them. My neighbour brother who come back from Italy and we were told them had been worked and lived there for more than 20 years, He took one elegant box with fresh raw dumplings to us, and say that it was the cucumber dumpling, which is on their plants, I was so surprised and excited, I have showing my respects and return them one frozen mulberry which is very good fruits.

This and that I can say it is a really big party of dumplings in this day I have never seen before, maybe this year is very special in the world, that’s why the people is so cherish the time at home including you and me.
