Complaining about faulty goods or bad service is never easy. Most people dislike making a fuss. But if something you have bought is faulty or does not live up to what was claimed for it, you are not asking for a favor to have it put right.

But you also have to bear it in mind that the shop doesn’t necessary have to take back the items you have bought just because you don’t like them anymore. So the really most effective safeguard against unsatisfactory shopping is to be sure of the quality of the product before you pay for it.

As many business merchants, they would like set the return the goods without reason, that mean they are afraid to have complains or bad comments for the products, the sale is the most important thing than others.
