Rope skipping

Recently rope skipping is one of my favorite sports, which is easy to carry out when you are going to somewhere, and no need to find fellows with you or the place, like table tennis, we may have to have the table first, and everybody knows that Rope skipping is the one of most sports for lose weight, especially for women, isn’t it?  

When I was a little girl, I don’t like rope skipping. When I picked up the rope, my hands were sweating with tension, and I closed my eyes to jump. When I opened my eyes, I saw the people laughing at me, I thought that must be my rope was wrong; I can not help but dear to jump. I asked my mom go home, my mom did not agree, and said, you could only go home after jump 300. I had to practice in the corner alone, I bowed my head and jump one by one, finally I finished 300 jump before go home.

Rope skipping is a good sport. Learning jump rope method is very simple. Rope skipping can prevent stomach problems, weight loss, help sleep. Rope skipping can also train people jumping, speed, balance, endurance and explosiveness. The same time develop accuracy, flexibility, coordination, and the indomitable will and spirit of making progress. Now Rope skipping is compulsory for primary school. That’s why many of parents are focus their children to practice it as early as possible.

There was a staff activity organized by trade union in my previous company, the group rope skipping competition was in departments, 10 people in one group including two rockers, I was the organizer in my finance, we knew HR department was one of our competitor, we were surfing internet to look up the video of the skill for group rope skipping, at the last we were the winner in more than 10 departments, we were cheering up with our 1000 bonus I can still remember till today.

So rope skipping is one of favourite sport you know, today I push myself 400 jump per day, I know that’s not too many, but day by day you will have the benefit beyond your imagination believe me.

Very beneficial to stay healthy, you got the happiness of doing rope skipping. It does not acquire too much room and we can do it alone just by bring in ropes that we can jump and exercise.
