I am confused that how to persuade my colleague to accept my advises.
Actually, i have the same title with my colleague, but i stayed longer than her in this company.
The suggestion i give her is the mistake that i committed before.
So i don't want her to make the same mistake as me.
I hope that mistake could be the value things, which we could learn more form it and do better in work in the future.
I am thinking that which way to illustrate the consequence is too serious if we don't record the date on the paper.
