As a kind of convenient transportation, cars can make our lives easier. We drive cars to anywhere we want. As a result, there are more and more cars in our cities in China. Cars do help us live easier lives but they cause a lot of pollution and traffic jams at the same time. I think it's time to do something to make our cities cleaner.

Why don't we take buses?

Some people may explain that buses are usually quite slow and we can't take buses to anywhere we want. That's the problem. In my opinion, setting bus-only lanes may be a good idea to solve the problem and more bus routines should be arranged. Some big cities have their own subway systems and I think of it as a good way to avoid traffic jams. For middle-class and small cities, BRT is an acceptable way to improve the efficiency of traffic.

Besides, we should choose to walk or to ride a bike instead of driving a car in our daily life. If we always drive, there will be no need to build any subway or BRT systems. If we can walk or ride to school or work every day, our city will be a better place to live in.
