I want to change my charaters , now I always keep silence in lot of things, I admire my colleague who are enjoy for activities ,they are very happy ,however, I am lost in most of time , maybe I didnot like to contribute when have opportunity around me . I always think some reason to give up .it is necessary to join these activities, because my boss and my department team both are see very thing , if you can join ,that you can show your ability to big team. eage to win +take owner ship +team up to excel. when you contribute your enthusiasm,you will get big energy. when you lazy ,you will  contribute your energy to others people.then you will not gain and lack of confidence .
