 Emotion is a feeling such as happiness, love, fear, anger or hatred, which can be caused by the situation that you are in or people you are with. It is an essential factor of human beings that other humbler creatures do not have. Also, it is valuable for its function of telling us how we are and what we want. However, if we feel a negative emotion for a long time, we will have trouble in our study, relationship and even health. Therefore, it will be of great use to understand self-emotions and learn how to manage them well.
In daily life, we always meet unpleasant and uncomfortable situations, putting us in negative emotions. First, do not be afraid of having negative emotions. As a human, it is natural to have a great variety of emotions including negative ones. Instead of resisting, we need to accept them. Second, we need to find what kind of emotion we have. It might be anger, frustration, sadness and so on. Only then can we figure out specific solutions to different situations. Third, change your emotion. For example, you feel in a bad mood and you find that you are frustrated because you did not get a good grade in yesterday's examination. You could study more hard to shift attention and encourage yourself by repeatedly telling yourself you can make it. What's more, you could ask your friends for comfort or listen to music. Finally, we can try to find our own way to change emotion.

I agree with your perspective. It is normal for us to have negative emotion. However,we can control it by ourselves.

Actually,I must admit that my emotion management is not so good, because I am a emotional person who can't hide expression. Although I know it is my character that result in this situation, I will try to control myself better.

To be honest, quite a few people know they have to control their negative emotions, and everyone has a special mathod to sove it. However, in a new situation they have never met before, they have no idea how to control it. So in my opinion, it's hard for us to control our emotion properly during some situations.

Yes, emotion can be controlled. We could be more happy and efficient if we are in positive emotion.

When we feel angry, we need to calm down ourselves in order not to hurt others' feeling. Some people just do not know this and be rude to their friends or families when they are in bad mood.

Sometimes, accumulating emotion can lead to a more terrible situation. You could express your feelings in a more suitable way not  just hide it. Anyway, I do not think it is a good way to make us happy.

Yes, we are still learning how to control our emotions in different situations. If we want, we can find there are many ways to learn it. We can read more books, we can ask wise man for solutions, we can learn from our experience. Do not be afraid to make mistakes.

Frankly speaking, I am a person who can't control emotion well. I know it's not a good thing but I always can't find an useful way to help me control my emotion, which worries me a lot.
