Is It Wise to Make Friends Online

Nowadays, more and more students like making friends online. However, whether it is wise to do so needs to be thought over.
In my opinion, making friends online isn't sensible. In modern society, the Internet has become the tool which combines people from all over the world together, bringing people great convenience. It seems to be a tendency of doing everything online. But not each thing is appropriate to do on the Internet, such as making friends. You can only communicate with the opposite side by typing and sending messages. What you contact is just lifeless words which read in your own mood. So you don't really understand your peers' meaning. Face-to-face conversation is the most efficient and sincere way to be close to others. Besides, there will be people having harbor malicious intentions. They may use the virtuality to cheat you. And you are most likely to believe them without experience about these aspects. Therefore, making friends online is risky.
In brief, don't trust others easily. Keeping a wary eye on the people on the Internet does good to you.

- I think friends in real life are who can help us always . The friendship which people can communicate face to face is warmer than it relates people by online. Also we should learn a person completely with what he(she) does but not says.

- People wear masks on the Internent,we will never know what the real person on the other side is like,maybe a student, a white collar and so on.As a result,they can cover their original personailities and act anyone they want,which bewilders us.Given that we trust what they say ,we may be in danger easily.Therefore I agree with your opinion that we are suposed to make friends online with caution.

- After I enter the college, I and my friends often joke that we are the friends online. But take this issue seriously, I agree with your opinion. I once almost had a friend onlin when I was in primary school, but my father thought it was too dangerous for me to handle the problems that may comeafter. I am so satisfied with our dormitory!! - I don't like make friends online. Chatting with a stranger is not a wise thing. I regard it as a false thing. We would make ourselves in trouble if we trust in the stianger without a hitch, even he is the online stranger. But maybe we could say some sorrows to them, it's won't be embarrassed

- I agree with your opinion. Maybe the only thing I can never accept is that I can't know the real way he is. I know him through his words but not my views. Moreover, he can't appear on time when I really need his help and vice-versa.
