The choice of employment place, to a large extent, still a key factor to determine the direction of one's life. Therefore, graduates are in a dilemma as to whether to stay in the city or not.

The graduates have their own standpoints and choices on this issue. It is held by quite a few individuals that there are more employment opportunities, more advanced medical system and higher educational platform. As long as one works hard, he or she will gain a place in the cities. Other individuals, however, argue that the metropolitan life which under great strain is no longer endurable. Being busy and stressful, people will have little time to enjoy the life to the full. Moreover, the desire of escaping from the rat race becomes more overwhelming.

As far as I am concerned, we are making different choices based on different stages of life. When I am young, I am prone to bring my talent into play and fulfill my ambitious of staying in the urban areas. Nevertheless, as I grow older, I gradually begin to become bored with deadening routine of my life. As a result, I choose to return to the sedate and compact countryside to settle down.
