Dose stay up late so serious?

With the development of the society, the paces and level standard of life have also changed currently. Mounting number of academicians enjoy night life.According to the survey statistics, ninety percent of college students stays up late, not learning but playing on mobile phones. As a matter of fact, there are many serious health hazards associated with staying up late.

Firstly, sleep is important in regulating our mood. Providing that we do not get enough shut-eye, we will be more likely to lash out. And sleep is also important to encode memory for the long term. Secondly, staying up late will increase our risk of heart disease, high mood pressure, diabetes and so on. Last but not least, we are prone to feel hungry and will eat another meal, which will add more calories and we will gain more weight.

To conclusion, all of us should pour attention into our health. Don't stay up late, it is not good for our health.

Well, of course it is. I think we all know how important the enough sleep is, but not all of us attach significance to it. Some people have much work to deal with, so they don't have choice but overwork. However, others just sit up, playing computer games and playing on the phone.

I am embarrassed that I am staying up now. However, it is no doubt that late sleep is harm for our body. It is time to correct our bad habits. Only in this way,can we live a healthy life.

Of course staying up late is so serious to us. I believe that most university students always stay up late. We all know it's bad for us. Meanwhile, we should try our best to go to bed early.

Don't stay up late is easier said than done. I hope you can go to bed earlier and do not play on the mobile phone. You will develop a good habit gradually.

I know it is bad for my health, but I just can't do it. I think you can get that, sometimes you just can't fall aseelp untill the special time. What a difficult problem.
