With the development of the society, the paces and level standard of life have also changed currently. As a matter of fact, there are many serious health hazards associated with staying up late.
Firstly, sleep is important in regulating our mood. Providing that we do not get enough shut-eye, we will be more likely to lash out. And sleep is also important to encode memory for the long term. Secondly, staying up late will increase our risk of heart disease, high mood pressure, diabetes and so on.
