When it comes to challenge and chance, compered to challenge, many people prefer chance which means that people have opportunities to do what they want. Nevertheless, while folks were sitting around and waiting for the chances' coming, they would be envious of others' good fortune and grumble about their dissatisfactory situation. In fact, chances are in our own hands. Challenges always accompanied by chances. For example, my group was going to go to the party where we were required showing a drama. We needed to write screenplay, perform and stag sets which is of paramount importance to the drama. What annoyed me was that nobody was willing to take responsibility to the three things. On the contrary, they were bound up in some easy and trivial matters. Eventually, we had to do it by our ministers. But, when we were complimented on staged, they said that they regretted to their choices. As far as I am concerned, I can improve my capability of competence by meeting challenges instead of dodging it. Just relishing the challenge and we will grab more opportunities.
