I read a story the other day.A company man, he was a perfect Type A, a workaholic. He worked six days a week, over ten hours a day. He was just too busy to share any time with his children.Consequence, he was somewhat distant from his children. This has led to my thinking, family and career which is more important?

For this question, different people have different opinions. No doubt, family is a very requisite part of everyday life. One's family is his harbour where he can rest and relax himself when he sails home through winds and wave of the outside world. Home is warm harbor for every family member. Home always gives us comfort and warm no matter when we come back. On the other hand, career play crucial role in our life and career can give us an aim to live on. What's more, career can provide us with a means to live on.

In my opinion, career and family are not in opposition to each other. Families and careers should be equal and mutually reinforcing. Only business is not really successful, for the contributor that no one to share with you, solely the family and no career is not really happy, because of the lack of personal value.Therefore, there is no definite right or erroneous for certain choices and the most significant is to balance work and family.
