Is overseas higher education still worth the price?<div>In the current trend of internationalization, an increasing number of Chinese students continue education abroad to perfect their degrees. However, the high cost abroad triggers a discussion whether overseas higher education still deserves the price or not. Most people hold the standpoint that it's worthwhile to receive overseas higher education though it's expensive, so do I. On the one hand, students claim that, study abroad can broaden their horizons, in this international world, it is not enough to study only in hometown. To learn more about this world, students need travel around countries. Overseas education as an access provides a good opportunity for them to understand the culture of other backgrounds. On the other hand, increasing unemployment rate concerns Chinese parents about their kids' jobs. Each year, a great number of students graduate from colleges who have education background in common. In most cases, getting a degree in another foreign country can enhance graduates' competitiveness in talent market. Parents think it's worthy to invest money in overseas higher education if their children can attain a well-paying career.</div><div>All in all, overseas higher education truly is still worth the efforts. Also, it depends on whether the family can afford the cost or not.</div>

From my viewpoint, going abroad to further educantion truly counts, but not very necessary. Plenty of students flock to foreign universities, only to get a so-called powerful certification. Also, heavy burdens on the money couldn't be ignored. We could also learn more within our country. Haha.

yes, you are right. Higher education in our country is becoming better. Students can learn more than previous time in China. By the way, the cost in foreign countries is really a “big problem”.

I do not want to talk about whether it worths the 'price'. As a matter of fact, the expense is very expensive not only because of the tuition which is really higher than ours in China, but also because of the exchange rate. Indeed, as Solon said One is never too old to learn, so furthering our study abroad is deserving of the 'price'.

Study abroad is always a expensive activity for a long time. Parents hope their children have a good opportunity to acquire more knowledge and get a job with high salary and study abroad is an efficient way to achieve there goals. Although the price is really high, they believe that it is deserved. If a family can afford it, more and more people are tend to send their children to abroad. I think it is become more popular.

As far as I am concerned, I am agree with that go abroad to further education provided that economic is possible. As you say, study abroad can broaden a student's horizon and  overseas education as an access provides a good opportunity for them to understand the culture of other backgrounds. But for most of students, the tuition is so expensive, like you and me. And for these people who really want to improve themselves. I think furthering study abroad is deserving.

Studying abroad is a good choice, but tuition is a big problem for the general family. But I think it has to be chosen according to the actual situation of the individual.
