Today I watched a TED speech which named < Teach girls bravery, not perfection >, given by Reshma Saujani. She founded girls who code to stoke excitement for computer science among high school women. And she used to walked away from a finance career in 2010 to run for the House of Representatives although her congress bid was fired up. In her speech, she talked from her failure experience to the present situation of girls. And in the end, she appealed girls to adapt imperfect and become brave.
As far as I'm concerned, we are accustomed to accept the male's management,leadership and so on as a girl. No one questioned and no one break the rule. Parents want girls to live a safe life, get a stable life, married and had children early, work hard to support the family is what the man should do. It is not only unfair to us, but also the loss of the whole society. As a girl, I also have my ambitions. I know if I want to get something I want, I should be brave to do our own, just try continuously, never afraid failure.
