A few decades ago, China was a poor country as a whole. People in this country often starved and died of plagues. A great deal of malnutrition or famine led to the riots in most areas. However, most populations put up with these calamities and began to build their new home. With the reforming and opening deeply expands, Chinese daily life gets a tremendous change. Nevertheless, it also brings some severe problems to people in different regions.

  First, educational resources are in imbalance between different regions. Educational resources in eastern China such as the diploma of teachers and teaching facilities, are superior to western regions', such as Xizang, Ningxia, Gansu, Yunnan, Guizhou, which incurs the controversy in public. Some people deem it as the result of deficient development between regions whereas some people hold the view that it could be dated back to historical reasons. Undoubtfully, even in rich regions, there are great gaps between cities and countrysides. Fortunately, government has envisaged the disparities and oversights in previous policies.

  From my perspective, regardless of the authentic reasons, China government has resolved to launch into making up for the disparities between poor and rich, especially between the east and the west. On account of the great disparities, it is difficult to develop a poor region which is out of the robust assistance. Through much endeavor with a few of years, the disparities between them has diminished palpably.

  One should never say never despite the stern circumstances currently. One can never give up itself through the aids of government. Moreover, people who live in the poor region or born in western regions can believe that their life would catch up with eastern people's and a tremendous change could take place in the near future.
