An unforgettable experience

Hot 4817 views. 2018-5-28 19:48

<div>&nbsp; This topic reminded me of an unforgettable experience when I was 13 years old. Perhaps, it was not a good experience. But from my perspective, it was the first time that I have perceived love from my parents.</div><div>&nbsp; On account of multiple reasons, I didn't live with my parents since I was half of five years old. Thus, I began to hate my parents in the course of my childhood and I always forgot who they were and what they looked like because they hardly visited me (then I knew they were busy working). When I went back home, I was twelve years old. However, I was afraid of both of my parents and didn't talk with them. During that year, the ties of kinship between my parents and I became better, however, I always hardly talked with them until after that night.</div><div>&nbsp;For the sake of learning English, my mother forced me to have a training class in an urban area of Guiyang by myself. Hardly did I have to take the exclusive bus of our factory when I went to this training class. One day, with the ending of class, I regularly took the public bus to the station where the factory bus parked at. Everything went well. However, on our way home, the bus of factory met with a severe traffic jam, which resulted from nearly 40 cars collided with each other some time ago. We had to wait for the rescue from traffic police. It was 6 o'clock in the evening, but I didn't recognize to call my parents until they made a phone to me. With this, they made an attempt to console me in a tone of encouragement and said that they were not going to have dinner until I came back to home. I was in a state of anxiety and became unhappy to see a traffic police passing through our bus only to fine.</div><div>&nbsp;After nearly 5 hours, the road condition became unblocked through the attempt of traffic police. I talked my parents into having dinner without waiting for me. However, they refused to have dinner without me and they said they had awaited me. When we were getting close to home, other buses collided with our bus, which gave rise to another severe traffic jam again. No other ways, the driver asked us to get off and walked back to home. It was 2 o'clock in the morning when I arrived at home and I was surprised to find that my parents were waiting for me to have dinner. I was touched and I began to be willing to talk, play and do something with my parents.</div><div>&nbsp;My exposition was a little boring but that did became an unforgettable experience in my life. Hope we will have a better connection with our parents.</div>

Everyone, especially parents, has different ways of expressing love. Sometimes it's not that they don't love you, but that you don't understand this love.

Because I was a little child and not lived with them. But they treated me with their own ways and they always regreted not living with me. However, the past thing cannot be changed , what I can do is to cherish them and not to leave regret to both of us.

It's not a good experience indeed. But what is lucky is this accident let you understand your parents' love. Usually, most Chinese parents do not like their love directly and someone like us who do not grow up with parents can feel less love.

I think we generation reflected the background of China at that time . Most parents had to go out and make a living, they had no other ways to stay with their child. They had to do. However, we grow up and we are able to accompany with them.

When I was young, I also didn’t live with my parents. Sometimes they bought some snacks to see me and I didn’t want to talk with them either. After living with them, I experienced the same situation with you, but I have forgotten how I accepted  them.

That's no problem, because we grow up and we know how to cherish them and we would like to accompany them with our ways.
