According to the 2017 Amazon China surveys, 81 percent of people sleep less than eight hours in china. Each year, the institute of medicine estimated that drowsy driving was responsible for 27 percent of all the motor vehicle accidents in China. And about 60 percent of those accidents are in adolescents who are driving drowsy and not sleeping well. With such compelling data, can we still think of sleep as a little thing?

 

Physiologists say that sleep is very important for immune function. People who don't get enough sleep have much lower levels of flu antibodies in their blood than people who sleep normally. What's more, when you are not getting enough sleep your performance is lowered by about 33 percent during the day. We should make sleep as a priority in our life to avoid the negative consequences of sleep deprivation. Here are some ways to improve the quality of sleep. For example, eat a snack before going to sleep, so conducive to stabilize blood sugar levels, help sleep better. Taking exercise won't damage the quality of sleep before going to bed.

Actually, you are often the last one to sleep in our dorm. Last night, there were 3 people stayed up until 2' o clock. Oh, my god!!!Staying up late is really harmful to our health, sleep early please.

Ha ha!I did sleep late.I should not play games. When I play games, I can't control myself at all, and I don't know how time flies.

In fact, I always have sleep problem. I always can't fall asleep at night. And, inthe morning, I often have difficulty in getting up. That is so annoying. I really want not to saty up again.

However, eating too much food before going to bed will increase the burden on the stomach and you will get stomach problems. Instead,we can try to drink a glass of milk before bedtime, or we can use some aromatherapy or essential oils to help sleep.

I am also a typical night sleeper. When I should go to bed at night, I can't sleep, my mind is very clear, but I want to sleep in the daytime.

I quite agree with you to drink milk before sleeP. But this method seems not to me, I stayed up late into a habit, it is difficult to change.
